Privacy Policy

Shotwise (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Perhapxin. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email hello@perhapxin.com.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique account identifier and (if you choose to share it) your email address. We never see or store your password.

Photos and videos you upload

When you use the AI features, photos or short videos you capture are sent to our backend to be analyzed and, when you ask for it, transformed by AI models. We process the image in transit, store it temporarily so the analysis can complete, and remove it from our short-term object storage within 24 hours unless you have explicitly chosen to keep generations in your history.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models. They are processed for the sole purpose of returning a result to you.

Generated outputs

Critique text, generated preview images, instructional diagrams, and motion clips are stored against your account so you can view them later in your history. You can delete any item at any time.

Usage data

We log anonymized usage events (which features are used, how often, error rates) to maintain reliability and quality. These logs do not include the content of your photos.

Payments

Subscriptions and point top-ups are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We do receive a transaction identifier so we can credit points to your account.

How we use AI providers

To deliver Shotwise's core features we route image and video data through third-party AI APIs (currently WaveSpeed, which in turn provides access to models including Qwen, GPT-Image-2, and Seedance). These providers process content only for the duration needed to return a result. We do not authorize them to retain or train on your content.

Sharing & selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or videos with advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with service providers (cloud hosting, AI inference, payment processors) strictly as needed to operate the service.

Your rights

• Access and download a copy of your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request that specific generations be removed
• Withdraw consent for optional features at any time

Children

Shotwise is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos and videos in transit and at rest are encrypted. We use platform-grade infrastructure (Cloudflare) and apply principle-of-least-privilege access to internal systems.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will post an updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use of Shotwise after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
